From 16 Lifepo4 cells to 8sP2 24v wiring, installing and use for 3Kw PV system - 24 volts battery bank JK BMS
1. We connect the cables from the bms to each individual cell.
2. We start the first bms.
3. We start the 2nd bms.
Everything seems to work normally.
We'll see right away if we didn't make a mistake.
4. Now we have to connect the bms in parallel.
The cable is not enough, so we make a cable and connect the black cables from the bms.
5. We mount the temperature sensors, I put one on a terminal and the other somewhere on the batteries.
6. But first let's enter the application and set the batteries and then unlock them, because yes at that moment, they are locked.
7. A modification I made !! I cut in half the red wire used to paralel banks and i made a y connection to distribute the current equally.
It is very important to install a fuse or circuit breaker!
In this way you will protect the system.
Everything is going normally, at least I think so.
I need an electrical panel for fuses and thick cables.
After a few days of use, the system works normally.
Soon I will wire everything properly and I will make a video to show you if this video will get enough views.
