خة٩ةالسلام عليكم..💕 اليوم موضوعنا عن الكاليسيوم والحليب🥛 هواي امهات 👩👧👦 تلح بالحليب وي الطفل (خصوصا بعد عمر السنه) واذا مشرب حليب تكوم تدك وتلطم 🙆 😂 امهاتنا العزيزات صحيح الحليب مفيد بس ماكو داعي هلكد يشرب حليب .. واذا علمود الكالسيوم هواي اكو هواي اكل غني بالكالسيوم . يعني الكالسيوم مو بس بالحليب.. 📢وازيدكم من الشعر بيت🎶 .. كثره شرب الحليب مضره لطفلج ..👎 هسه تكولين شلوون😱 عزيزتي الكالسيوم الموجود بالحليب يمنع امتصاص الحديد من باقي الأطعمة التي يتناولها الطفل خلال اليوم، و الحليب وحده بي نسبة ضئيلة جداً من الحديد. وبالتالي رح يصير بي انيميا (فقر دم)🤒 وبالتالي شهيته تتراجع عن الطعام ويبقى مجلب بالحليب وحالته الصحيه تبقى تدهور.. ومو بس هيج. انوب يشبع بالحليب وميقبل ياكل بعد.. أو يشبع بالحليب بس متعود يشرب ويرجع يشرب وبالتالي تصير بي السمنه المرضية يعني الاضرار ⏬: ١.انيميا ٢.فقدان شهيه ٣.سمنة مفرطة ٤.ضعف عام بالجسم وبعض الأطفال يسبب لهم امساك مزمن ⏹️لعد شكد يشرب؟ ☑️بعد عمر السنه كوب إلى 2 من الحليب يعتبر جدا كافي.. وزايد هم ✴️نعيد ونكرر ➖قبل السنه الغذاء الاساسي للطفل هو الحليب والأكل عباره عن تدريب ووجبات إضافية . ➖بعد السنه الغذاء الاساسي هو الطعام والحليب مجرد وجبه خفيفه . ⏹️زين اني ابني متعود يشرب كذا كوب باليوم شسوي؟ ✔️قللي الكمية بالتدريج.. ومن يريد حليب انطي نص الكميه يعني بدل متترسين الكوب خلي للنص او اقل وبالتدريج طبعا. ◀️زين وين نلكة مصادر الكالسيوم الأخرى؟ ⏪هاي قائمة بالأغذية الي بيها نسبه جيده من الكالسيوم: 1️⃣حليب وفول الصويا🥛: يحتوي على نسبة كبيرة من الكالسيوم، فكوب من حليب الصويا أغنى بالكالسيوم من كوب حليب عادي بنحو 200 ملليجرام. 2️⃣الخضروات الورقية الخضراء🌿: ▫️البروكلي ▫️والبازلاء ▫️والفاصوليا الخضراء تحتوي على كمية كبيرة من الكالسيوم تفيد الجسم أكثر من الحليب عند تناولها بكميات كبيرة وبشكل منتظم. 3️⃣سمك السردين والسالمون🍣: يحتويان على كمية كبيرة من الكالسيوم والأوميجا 3، بالإضافة لكونهما من الأسماك الصحية، 4️⃣الحبوب الكاملة🍚: ▫️الشوفان ▫️والشعير ▫️القمح🌾 فوائد هذه الحبوب لا تُعد بالنسبة للجسم، إضافة إلى أنها غنية بالكالسيوم والمعادن. 5️⃣المكسرات: بشرط ألا تكون مُحمصة، مثل ▫️الجوز 🥜 ▫️واللوز ▫️والبندق ▫️ والكاجو. 6️⃣البقوليات: مثل ▫️اللوبيا ▫️والفاصوليا البيضاء ▫️والفول ▫️والعدس، تحتوي على كميات كبيرة من الكالسيوم. 7️⃣الطحينيه: خاصة المستخلصة من بذور السمسم، فمعلقتان من الطحينة الخام تماثل كمية الكالسيوم الموجودة في كوب حليب 200 ملليجرام منشن الأمهات 👩👦👦 الي تركض وره الجهال بكوب الحليب 🥛 و الصحه مو بكثرة بالحليب الصحة بالاكل الصحي المتنوع 🍱 د.اسماء إسماعيل البدريإياك وكسر الخواطر فإنها ليست عظاماً تجبر بل أرواح تقهر🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

Best! About bending (bending) of pipes - if sand is poured into the pipe, the pipe will bend more evenly, without creases. Round pipes mean. Give it a try.

I know that the battery is a lead acid battery 12 v each but i don't recommend Them you should go with lithium ion batteries 18650 pack 48 v

It cracks me up when the title is "Build XXX at HOME!" and you watch the video only to find out the guy doing the building has all the parts lying around in his shop - wheels, motors, transmissions, welding equipment, axels, steering wheel. Sure! I'll just take a look around the garage and grab one of my transmissions so I, too, can build this "at home"!

Filling the pipes with sand before bending prevents kinks in the pipe

Are the the parts for the rearend, motor and batteries from a golf cart? Looks like a lot of golf cart parts if so Im going to start looking at junk golf carts. There are plenty around in South Florida... I love the build Ive seen the finished product. Who fast does it go? How long does it hold a charge? Great job love it...
