Quick questions: 1. is it possible to integrate that the agent's output is displayed both as the voice file and as text? 2. Is it possible, to add an action that enables a custom gpt to scrape and analyse the full conversation, once completed and create an assessment of the conversation and output it as a file? @@OfficialChatbotBuilder

Your speech to text API key is visible. Highly recommend generating a new one if possible before someone racks up usage on it.

Hello!First of all, Thank you so much for this tutorial! I have a wierd problem. when I start chatting with the bot, it says, "I've connected you to a human agent who can assist you further. I hope everything works out for you. Take care!" and then the conversation ends, and it stops responding. Any Ideas?

Sure! Go to your openai prompt and remove the default function named “connect to human” 👌 plz let us know!

That is correct you will take a code from CBB under settings > channels > web and then just have your client paste that into the header of their website.

Hey. I need google text to speeach integration option. Instead of eleven labs Please consider that option in integration section. External api request is getting response output. But converting those formats and all is hard task everytime.

You could use our Whisper integration for this already. Eleven labs is for speech generation-can you share what your overall goal is ?

@@gaganmg9364 ah, totally get you now. Yes, this is already possible right now with Messenger, WhatsApp, and Telegram. We are very close to our next big update which WILL include the mic to be available on webchat exactly as described

I tried dlong this but when i got the end section where we adjust eleven labs in flow , when i go to click "voice" it won't let me click a voice doesnt even have the opprion fo click a voice at all. Just some flashy blue circle under the voice option. Tried to click contibue see jf that did anything but norhinf seems to be working.

Your software is AMAZING btw, it does what voiceflow could not do and so for me I am eternally grateful to you. You may have saved my life/business !

Unfortunately IG handles audio a bit differently so it won’t work like webchat, messenger, telegram, or Facebook messenger yet.
