Mike is patient? I especially see a Mike who tries to teach a certain philosophy to a good guy. This is one of the best videos I have seen in bodybuilding, maybe the best. A master in front of an apprentice who wants to learn.

Efkan is not a small youtuber, he's practicing this domain of training for years now. Like it or not, he has his style and crazyness but it works obviously. Seeing him being so shy, as a kid in front of his idol, listening every word and even sometimes not daring watching him in the eyes, it makes this video extremely genuine and pleasant. Congratulations, Mike is awesomely educational and Efkan makes us remember that every adult is first a child. Hats off🎩

Thats what a lot of people are missing from their training in the gym is that getting into the fight within yourself mentality. Fighting fir every rep whether youre on a deficit or a bulk. I think generation has something to do with it. Glad im an 80s kid. Mike give so many useful bits of info in these vids that every gym goers need. Appreciate it big mike.
