It's a very smart, complex design in a very small plot size.. Initially I had doubts about the ventilation, window and balcony of this house which later cleared out in the video.. it's a very smart design..have incorporated everything necessary in a small house design.. this is what good architectures can do..thanks for the video.. waiting for more of such content

We constructed our own house last year. For anyone reading this and who are planning to construct a house, keep in mind one very important thing. Make the house on ground floor or if you make ground floor as parking then ensure you have a lift. Old people cannot climb the steps if you make ground floor as parking and don't keep a lift like this house. Even if you're young now, you will become old some day. Bere enadru madskoli but bari steps itkobedi. Munde tumba kashta aguthe. My house is ground floor with 2 rooms and 1 room on 1st floor. I am parking my car outside which gves my mother lot of space for her plants and pots. Car is not as important as ease of use for elders.
