Either its offline stored or its not safe. I dont even enable auto fill after my pc got infected just becuase my friend brought some pdf that was infected and wanted me to look back in 2021. Darkest 3 days of reset windows reseting more than 106 password. Now i dont even save 1 password and have 2af on everything.

Offline storage also has its downsides. A physical attack or hardware failure pretty much deletes everything you have. Unless you also do redundancy copies, but that creates more vectors of attack
