@@Nurse_Nuggets Thanks for the recommendation! I've done some research myself on the subject and am fascinated by it. Im relatively new to gardening and Jeremy's videos have introduced me to a whole new hobby for me that has turned into a real passion of mine. I never imagined I would love this hobby and way of life so much prior to starting a couple years ago. Now, I can't get enough of it!

Thank you keep up the great work, after 26 years growing in all mediums I bought my 1st living soil kit in UK last Friday the 1st April, a 56L pot some nice pre mixed Coot'ish soil, tiger worms included, cover crop seeds just starting to grow. I'd like to mention Indoor Organics in the UK for people trying Living Soil great place for amendments, soil, mulch & much more. Thanks Again from an exited/nervous 1st time Living Soil Grower. Peace from the UK.

Hey Jeremy. Thanks so much for all the great information! I hope as this season continues you are able to describe the steering of plants more. I think we all have troubles with deficiencies and excesses as well as other issues that arise. I’d love to see you work through those problems with us. Then we can see how you deal with problems. Your problems aren’t a problem. They’re an opportunity for us all to learn. Thanks so much! ✌️

Hey Jeremy, Huge fan of BAS, the free soil knowledge and the products u have carefully resourced . fellow soil nerd !! Math for conversion of grams per cubic yard - to per gal is (g per cubic yrd [X] .00494 = g per gallon) so if 30 gal pot u would X answer by 30 . So for example test results shows 627g per cubic yd to convert (627 X .00494 = 3.096 per gal so multiply by 30 = 92g for 30 gallons of soil.

Love the chemistry of soil! I'd totally watch a whiteboard episode! Thank god for videos like this! I'm a 1st time grower of mj. Been a gardener since I was a kid but just finally trying my hand at medicinal mj. Has been such a huge learning curve but also really fun and I've learned so much I never knew about the different amendments, why we use npk and need all the little micronutrients. Before I really never got that deep into it but I was a biology major in college so learning new stuff about the botany end and chemistry end of this has been really rewarding so far! Can't wait to see how everything goes! Thank you for the great educational videos you put out!

Definitely can be phytotoxic. 3 heaping tablespoons on a 30 gal with plants at 7 weeks of flower. Everything that didn’t have trichomes got toasted within 7-10 days. Glad I waited as long as I did before applying. It did work well for the gnat issue also.

Amazing content. Love the spreadsheet 🙌🏻 The transparency is 💯 in that you give options which I love. Soil testing may not be an option where I am at those. You mentioned the craft blend has a 3-5-2 NPK so would it make sense to use a similar one for re-amend in the absence of a soil test?
@billybobstone4328
@billybobstone4328 2 жыл бұрын
The way I do it is just use the craft blend every two weeks for long term nutrients. And I'll use the organic gem as a faster amendment once a week. I also use the coconut powder (during flower) and molasses every watering oh and silica. But I would say yes you can use a substitute that is similar to the craft blend as long as you source it and make sure its clean like jermey does. It tells you the use on their website for the craft blend and really goes into detail. I've got a lot of my answers just through the website. Hope this helps!
