ADC mohali along with other high officers held a meeting with Bajwa to solve the problems of residents of Sunny Enclave .Bajwa assured to provide all the basic amenities. Now the days are gone that Bajwa will cheat the people. Hats off to you

Sanjay Verma his con man dupe my father and took away all his retirement money n fraudulently sold us Nirmal chaya flat, VIP road , zirakpur. And few people are already there on rent. Then he sold our flat to somebody else n took lot of money from him too.......police is not helping.......that conman Sanjay Verma is here in city but no-one can find him. N my old parents living on rental accomodation. Pearl group still active thr their lot of agents and duping money from people. If somebody can help pls let me know. My parents are very old n sick. Pearl group agent took all their retirement money

Why the government allows builders to sell their the empty plots without constructing the roads? There is a simple solution. Let the builders buy the land, get it approved from the government after all the verifications, construct the roads as per the map approved and then sell the plots to the people. Doing the people, it will be easy for all the parties involved to a fair deal.

Sadly, there is no guarantee that you are safe, even if you buy govt approved and verified land. Look up Kant Enclave's case in Delhi NCR. People bought land from that developer back in the 90s. A dispute arose between government authorities and forest dept on jurisdiction over that land. The dispute was registered AFTER the general public had invested there. Over a decade passes in court proceedings, and finally, 2 years back, Kant Enclave was declared forest area 😂 Everyone who owned land there are left with nothing because meanwhile, the developer has filed bankruptcy. 🎁

The same thing happened with me but i was saved as I got it checked before registry. One property dealer at Sunny enclave sold me 150sq yard plot in T block Sector 123. But i went to GMADA and checked the map, i was shocked that the plot of 150sq yard sold to me actually don't exist and the sad part is that the property dealer already knew and he said that he will resell to some other person giving me profit. But i refused and was saved.

Sir same thing happened with me in the past week.....a guy from GBP crest and his name is Garry ...he told me to book the room . I needed room urgently so i gave him 2k rupees by Gpay and then he called me again the next day after booking the room and told me to give money for rental agreement and i gave him money...after that i decided to visit the location and literally that guy is not picking up my call and he blocked me from everywhere ...Such type of things doesn't happen on other places. Don't know why these people exist in punjab 🙏🏻

After that MC passes map plan before construction,it means okay, registry done. If these things are procedure then why they are not listening now???

You are right always take loan from public sector bank like sbi. They will always check the property. Even if you have the funds to purchase still take loan. Bank will verify the property. Sbi have a repo of being one of tough with paper works. My first check before buying any property is if SBI is financing or not.

Judicial system is actually flop as experienced and faced by me and crore of other people in our country. If you can purchase or influence justice (like builders), there may be some solution. No way otherwise. Whatever happened with this family is really a slap on our system.

Sue the MC, builder and who sold it to you. Go to consumer court. In India all are fraud. In advance countries, first they build roads and sewerage lining. Then only developer sells the build houses. All deals are done by escrow deal where the lawyers manage all issues and sales. In India no rules, no laws and builders fraud. The area plan must be shown on site. They must build roads before sale.

GOV must make it mandatory to refund 500% return if seepage / damp / major construction flaw / cracks happens in any construction within 10 yrs of purchase Specially in high-rises with 20+ floors where they put pipes ELECTRIC wires cables in floors & walls

Before you buy plot check that your plot and road/park land is in the name of seller/builder, preferably if road and parks are already developed. Do not trust builder words.

That is your opinion, and i belong to a farmers family so my opinion for u will be violent and i will be uncivilized for u, so neither ur comment for me matters nor anyone whom I don’t know matter for me. Shame on us if we think all farmers are same, though we depend on the farmers. They work hard to feed the world still we count them violent and uncivilised, just because they live in very simple way and are loud in their words. I feel sad for people who think they are the only intelligent and civilised people as they are not!

I was also cheated by the Bajwa Developers..I bought a plot which was a corner plot but after that another plot came into existence adjoining my plot and the 'corner plot' is not a corner plot now..ruined my budget, i cannot take loan now..what to do?? I request u to please visit and escalate the case .

Jatinder sir ji , bilkul sahi bol rhe ho aap, kisano ki koi galti nhi but ye batao jab 4 years back ye ghar ka construction start hua aur kisano ko money nhi Diya gaya tha ,to unhone Ghar banane kyu Diya? And ye ghar koi 1 raat ya 1 din mein nhi bana hai sirji ye jo wire lagaya hai kisano ne especially ghar k age o wire 4 years pahle kyu nhi lagaya? Hum bhi itne bade problem me nhi faste🙏

@@smritisam3307 mam wire lagana matlab apna kabza show karna hota hai , normally wire nahi lagate kheton mein but kal ko koi problem na ho toh esse karte hein sabhi , 2nd app ghar banao ka kuch aur kisi ko kya apka plot hai jo marji karo app but iska yeh matlab nahi ke farmer abb apko accommodate kare , yeh builder ke galti hai

@@smritisam3307 mam dushmani app se nahi hai farmer ke app toh 2(or more) parties ke beech fas gye ho , abb mein aapko comment mein nahi bata sakta baat lambi ho jayega, the farmer is making a statement here in this case ,appki problem tab solve hogi jab tak farmer apni land nahi bech deta kyunke builder/coloniser apni side se is situation(problematic) se bahar nikal chuka aapko yeh plot bechkar , i feel bad for what you have to go through and i am not siding with farmers but easiest solution is to wait .
