You are not correct, the red from the main source should connected to mains switch, then the black should conect to the lamp holder, while the red from lamp holder should connected through the red from switch

Seharusnya kabel merah itu ke saklar mas. Karena kabel setrum. Kalo ke lampu langsung itu biasanya masih nyala redup kedip kecil dan berbahaya bagi manusia kalo terpegang, meski saklar sudah di matikan tetap ada setrumnya.

In one phase doesnt matter where you put the switch cuz the only thing it does it opens the circuit .The only thing thats different is you need to trip breakers instead of switch if you want to change light cuz of the active live up there -to keep it simple always phase through switch but this way works as well and in many cases makes no difference at all

If it is not passed through the switch first, the contact at the fixture will be live at all time, which can shock the person who are trying to replace the light bulb, if the person expects there are no live wire since the person turned it off at the switch. If the live wire is passed through the switch first, there will be no live wire at the fixture when the switch is turned off.

The first connection he made was source neutral to neutral at fixture. Second connection was source hot to switch in. Third connection was switch out to fixture hot. It's all perfectly fine, except he should have used wire nuts instead of tape and used the correct wire colors. The wiring itself is fine, since neutral is constant and hot is switched.

Если говорить проще , чёрный идёт по прямой , красный с крсными , пришёл с щита или счётчика пощёл на выключятель и черный провод выщел уже с выключятнля прерывателя и на красный правельное подключение , только. Цвет черный поменять на синий (ноль) иногда бывает черный .

Такие цвета проводов в Европе , в электронных сигаретах + красный и минус черн провод . По коробкам распредилитпльным как на видео , по правелам бебозасности идёт 3 провода , коричневый фаза (+) синий (-) минус . И желтый с зелеными полосками заземление , посторонний ноль . Это какой то детский сад !

@@hicha1699 Okay first, never splice wires by twisting and taping them. Always try to use cable connectors with proper insulation. This can mean block connectors or bladed crimp connectors where no bare wire shows. If you absolutely must splice wires then use heat shrink insulators and solder the wires together in-line. Secondly use modules with terminals not loose wires. A light-fitting and switch should both have mounting holes with screw-fastening sockets. They cost the same or less as those in the video and are infinitely safer. With those you have input/outputs for each wire pairing. There are different circuit types used globally and standards differ somewhat. Some use individual spurs from a common rail for circuits, some use a ring main with a balanced load but regardless of this you should use PROPER SAFETY CONSIDERATIONS when fitting utilities. This video shows rhe least effective splicing done in the most dangerous manner. No mention of safety was ever made. This is not sufficient information to teach someone how to handle a potentially lethal system.

Please respect international rules. The big mistake is using 2 colors for wire. In practice, it's more better to use 3 one. One for phase input connected from input power to switch. A second color for neutral connected from input power to the lamp. A third one to connect switch to the lamp. Without this type of rules, dangerous Dommage can occur.

The switch does still open the circuit so no current goes on an open circuit - even with a switch you have both live and neutral in the bulb and with a circuit breaker which is a must everywhere no problems will happen whatsoever

Please use "colour code" don't connect cables of different colours, because it may confuse whoever may come in future to do repairs. All "red" should pass and come from the switch to the lamp, and "black" cables from the lamp going straight to the mains (neutral source cable)

aku seorang electrical.. kalau dilihat cara dia😂 wiring sambung wayer berdasar warna kebal tak betul salah.. tapi aku tangkap cara taknik dia wiring lampu single ke suis box single.. merah disambung ke wayer😂merah itu terus menjadi wayer hitam netraul ke db Box dibalikan. Dan wayer hitam disambungkan merah kesuis box itu Dijadikan Live bekalan electric masuk kebox suis lalu disambungkan wayer hitam itu ke lampu wayer hidup pemutus . kalau ikut cara wiring yang betul ikut colour kebel. oleh kerana😂teknik tak ikut cara colour kebal bisa wiring lampu bisa hidup. uji minda bro.. taknik aku belajar study kos electric fasa semua juga ada cara taknik belajar electrical

Esa conexión está mala, en Chile la fase es rojo, neutro es blabco y tierra es verde, internacionalmente la fase es marrón o negro, neutro azul y tierra Verde, primero se conecta el neutro en la lámpara, luego baja el retorno y la fase baja directa, así es la conexión correcta.

The black and the rich be used separately. Because typically the black is the hot wire in the red wire is the hot wire. When there's a red wire though the black wire is ground. When the black wire is a hot wire then it's white should be used as a ground. So I guess this must be DC electric

El de la izquierda viene la alimentación rojo fase y negro neutro ,el rojo se comenta al rojo del interruptor y el otro lado del interruptor también debe ser rojo porq sigue siendo fase ,este debe ir al rojo del soquete y el negro de la alimentación al negro del soquete

Обычно по маркировке красный делают фазой, а чёрный ноль. Если по красному здесь будет фаза, а ноль через выключатель, то это ошибка.

### Please, dont't try that! Risk of death! ### From my point of view as an electrical engineer, the video is even life-threatening. The switch should always switch the phase and not the neutral conductor. In the video, there is always full voltage on the lamp even when it is switched off. It would be correct to connect the red wire of the supply line to the red wire of the switch. Then connect the black wire of the switch to the red wire of the lamp. The black wire of the lamp with the black wire of the supply line. This is the only way there is no voltage on the lamp when it is switched off.
