Note: If you're going to spray brake calipers, remove the brake pad retaining clips first, they do not benefit from having coats of paint applied to them.

@@TheHumanCarJack Good point. I have a stock 09 WRX Premium with the short throw shifter, it only has 19,000 miles never abused. What would you suggest? I never did the blow off valve because it would have voided the warranty, I guess I'll think of that since I don't have too worry about the warranty anymore.

Assuming you didnt know how to work on cars at all, about how much money would you guess all this would cost someone to make theirs like yours? Just a rough guess. Btw - your channel is great dude. Thanks so much for spending so much time on editing this video and all the hard work that's gone into it my dude!

Thanks dude! Oof that's hard to say. It can get very expensive if you get everything new which most of my parts were but a select few were used, saving me a few bucks. I can't really even guess because you'd be paying someone for labor. Let's say I spent about 5-7k on parts so far, then you'd be paying double that in labor for installation. Always good to be handy 😁

You are the best!! Please can you help me? I don't find somebody who can help me in Italy. All your job it's wonderful and your machine it's a dream for me, but now I can't change my car. I have a Subaru Forester diesel 147 cv from the 2012 type SH Type engine EE20. I removed the DpF because the exhaust stank too much and it makes too much regeneration. Do you think that a filter cat converter catalytic euro4 whit 400cell in ceramic can be good at reducing the smell? What do you think about it?

Love your mods. Curious if they caused any CVT or other issues. My 2017 XT lease is about to end. Original plan was buying / modding after lease and warranty ends, but a little scared by CVT longevity. Is there a particular year XT you recommend over other years. Or to stay away from? Thank you.

'04-'08 FXT's could come in manual. Would find one of these. Best FXTs hands down.

don't get me wrong this is sick but I can't comprehend why you wouldn't take the extra 10 minutes to just take the brake calipers off to spray paint them. That overspray though. Sick car but that one just had me scratching my head.

The more free-flowing the exhaust, the less back pressure you have. The less back pressure, the more power you can make.

I gave up on my 15' FXT after a year. I just didn't like the CVT. I was stage 2 and liked it for what it was but it felt limited in terms of power possibilities.

Sorry one more suggestion. Paint over any holes you drill into a panel, as you expose raw metal, and it will invite rust! Even a paint pen will work

I have so much hate for that vehicle, there are no words to express my disappointment. I blew out my first cvt transmission at 38k miles, it was warranty replaced, second one at 77k miles, and subaru denied warranty. I spent 30k on the vehicle brand new, over 15k in repairs and/or aftermarket upgrades and tuning, and was able to sell it for $13k (due to a transmission that would stall the engine at most red lights or stop signs as well as stutter at highway speeds). Also my wifes 04 outback was able to get up dirt hills that mine couldn't. Me getting walked by early 90's chevy blazer (typhoon) proves this vehicle isn't fast, and the 'exploded' strut I experienced on a fire road proves this vehicle isn't capable.

Jack stands work better when they are under the jacking point and under load! Exhaust install made me cringe the whole way thru! Please invest in jacks...
