Part 3 in a series of building a Meyers Manx style beach buggy on a shortened 1968 VW Beetle chassis in my home garage.
This episode focuses on the handbrake mechanism, seatbelt mounts and replacing the throttle & clutch cable tubes.

Top job, are you going to run a tube for the electrics and brake lines as well? Save fishing them through.

The brake and fuel lines are going through there yeah, but the body has a tube glassed in either side under the arches so that all the wiring can travel through there. That way if the body ever needs to come off in the future for any reason, the wiring can all stay with it.
