Build a Bloxburg House, but you can only use one type of item once, like 1 bed, 1 countertop, quite a challenge, one thing I recommend though, build a 1-person bungalow. (I’m allowing you to choose ONE thing to be able to place only 10 times, otherwise it’d be too hard.)

You should do a challenge of you can either choose the most EXPENSIVE or the most CHEAPEST item :D so for a door you can either choose the cheapest door or the expensive door, same with the other items throughout the process

you can do a building competition with other blocburg creators and you can have the fans vote on who won, or , you can find a judge to judge you and your friend. ( there can also be a time limit and it can get shorter each round )
