1. The main roads You make leave some spaces for the future building like police headquarters, bus and taxi depo, fire department, Parks, Clinic, etc 2. Only make one-way road at the city entrance so people can only enter your city and can't exit and add a toll plaza so u ll earn a little bit more 3. Dont use pathways it's too short it can create traffic 4. Make a lot of park, theatres, garden for the public it will increase your land value 5. If you make transport add its road or track underground 6. Use Roads with Trees it will reduce the pollution 7. At the entrance make underground roads with page down button 8. People in the city skyline are sensitive to roads they use the shortest path to their destination

You're the first Indian youtuber I've seen playing Cities Skylines! And you're doing a great job so far! I'd say you have too many lanes and not enough transit. Roundabouts with 4 exits never need more than 3 lanes, and those main roads would probably be as good as 4 lane avenues as they are with 6 lanes. And the industrial roads would be better as 2 lanes except for the main road instead of the classic Indian stile 4-lanes you've got going on. Cities also has induced demand, which means more lanes = more traffic. And the mega roundabout you've built is I think too big and makes the space within useless for all purposes. If you're okay with mods, there's one called Vanilla Overpass Project, which makes normal Indian style flyovers and underpasses possible inside a road. Cheers!
