Kelly, I come for the coloring and your many tips. Thanks to you I have come far enough in my coloring that my card recipients (admittedly a biased audience) comment impromptu about the shading and dimension on my cards. Your story time is one of the things that makes your videos uniquely you. Please don’t change a thing.

Your card is absolutely stunning! I love everything about it. Quick die cut hack: use a sticky mat when arranging your florals so that you don’t have to chase them around. I have a clear one that I put over a yucky card base (for size), arrange my flowers, then pick up with press n seal. It really helps to keep them from moving around so much. It might make die cutting more enjoyable for you.

I love watching your videos. Your cards are so beautiful, and get my creativity going. One tip on cutting you might want tobtry, if your paper doesn't want to cut, try putting the blade down into the middle of the paper and moving it to one edge, then pulling it back all the way through to complete the cut. Not my original idea, but it has saved me a lot of frustration. I use that trick a lot when cutting squares into triangles and the paper doesn't buckle or rip, and also when cutting delicate papers. Thank you for sharing your art with us, and inspiring us to be creative too. -Heather

This card is just magnificent, l think it’s at the top of your masterpiece gallery! You have such a good skill for creating depth. We’ve also had some intense storms & lightening hits here in TX. My brother was moving lawn furniture up closer to his house, as he was going in the door he said he felt an intense flash of heat & was blinded a few seconds before he could gather himself. Lightening struck in his yard right where the chairs had been. The propane tank panel was fried & blown several feet out in the yard & of course power to the house was knocked out. We’re all grateful he’s able to tell his tale! 🙏🏻 Hope yall get your issues resolved, seems like it’s one thing after another at times. (Sorry for the novel, had to share storytime!) What a respectful mommy you are to craft quietly while your little loves snooze. 👍🏼👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🙏🏻💖

Try sinking your blade in the center then cut up and down. It should keep your card stock from tearing. Once again I learned so much. Beautiful card.

Great card. I really enjoyed watching your process and would like more of this please. You commented on my card in Stamp Junkies, giving me some tips for improving my sunflower and cone flower placement in another card. I tried to use your suggested placement on a different card with roses and rose buds but I felt it didn’t really work. I plan to go back and make another with the sunflower and cone flowers. I love these Honeybee lovely layers dies and have most of the flowers and greenery, so I’d love more videos like this to teach your thought process and show the design. Fabulous, thank you.

An amazing bouquet arrangement! This is so pretty! Question, when you color dies like these, do you ever color the edges? I’ve seen you do that other times. I’m not a big fan of die cuts either, but Thank you for the inspiration.

In this case I really didn't need to because the color absorbs into the paper basically taking care of it for me. Usually when I color the edges of other images it's with black because the stamping ink doesn't penatrate the fibers of the paper. Hope that makes sense!
