In my new vanilla Cities: Skylines series "Vanilla City Design" I build a huge city without mods and give you design ideas and tips for your own city!
Today we're building a huge central park with a big lake, a zoo / zoological garden and a highrise luxury new apartment development.

It would be costly since an apartment was worth more that 500k dollars just because it was next to a hotdog stand, i wouldn’t even think what a cost to a parkside apt would cost

The Strawberry Zoo and The Walnut Garden. I was hoping Fawn Square was going to be Spinach and Gorgonzola. We almost had the fixings for a fancy salad.

The tram is from Snowfall but all the other park assets are from Park Life. So yes you could, and use another public transportation method to get your people there.

That's kinda parking lots. Well, it looks like that) But to my mind it's probably bigger than it should be. In Vanilla the only two alternatives to parking lots from mods are 6 lane roads and commercial "eco"-buildings in GreenCities DLC (he also used the second ones in previous videos)
