BUILDING A LS SWAPPED BMW IN 10 MINUTES!

This video goes back in time and covers most of my fiance's E46 Build with a LS3 and Tremec TR6060 swap. Selena (my girlfriend at the time) bought this 2001 BMW 325i in 2016 before we moved to California. She started her build in mid 2017 where she stripped down her car and got it ready for the LS3. She ended up purchasing a 2010 Chevrolet Camaro SS with the LS3 and Tremec TR6060 manual transmission as the donor car as well as a 2004 BMW E46 M3 for its LSD rear end. To handle the extra power she also reinforced the subframe with the Vince Bar kit as well as the traditional reinforcement plates. The build was made even better when she installed the Airlift Performance air ride kit along with various other cosmetic mods. We have driven this car cross country various times and even took it on the Hot Rod Power Tour in 2019. @@teeribbzz11 the bmw trans will not work unless u have a bell housing adapter and the pilot bushing has to be fitted to the input shaft but I would just use the t 56

I love this bro. I recently got a zhp and am debating on swapping the m54 into my E30 and LS swapping the zhp but a lot of people have told me that ls swap is way more expensive than just s54 swapping my e30 lol

Cool stuff. I am not sure did I see right but after that headlights must be pretty useless, but maybe you don't use the car at dark time. Pretty big project it has been, respect. Huge respect 👍🏻

I appreciate that Pawel. You are absolutely right, it was a ton of work especially since we would only work on it at nights after customer cars and school work was finished. Also we still have the convertible M3, and will definitely do something with it in the near future!

That's insane, but how did you managed fitting front fenders + hood? Is it bolt on? I saw people complaining that for fenders you have to cut and combine it with original fenders and also cut hood corners.

We were originally using the GM PCM that we made into a standalone and using the BMW DME as a signal converter for the rest of the BMW side of things. Recently we converted the management to Holley Performance. We will be posting a video on all of that soon!

I want to do a similar build but with a e46 m3 and v8 swap it but with the m62b44 from the 540i and supercharge it not sure if that would work tho :/ or how to start it
