Love the build! I think to get them paintings you get your sim to paint a “realism painting” and it brings up the phone/camera to take a picture in game and they paint whatever you take a photo of. And then you can hang them on the wall, they can turn out really great sometimes!💕

Can you do a build with just Island Living, Jungle Adventure, Perfect Patio Stuff, and Backyard Stuff? I think those aesthetics would go really well together

13 minutes in and you’ve said this was a boring color palette and that it doesn’t have a lot of personality, and this is absolutely my favorite build you’ve done so far. It’s easy access. It’s open and uncluttered. It’s extremely aesthetic. This is by far the most satisfying build and furnishing that I’ve ever witnessed haha. So modern. So uncluttered. The best.

I believe those paintings you thought you were cc are actually paintings sims paint in-game on the easel but they’re not available in build/buy!

Deli! This is such an amazing contemporary build! It's not too modern, which I like. I'd only change the roof a bit, I don't think a glass roof is the way to go for the cinema room, but I love that you put one above the dining room bar, I think having a glass roof over all the hallway space would be awesome! Having a bathroom accessible for the deck in the back is a great idea and would probably be something you could expect if this was a real build. Overall I really get luxury beach holiday vibes from this. I'm actually glad they haven't patched in island counters yet, that counter you made with the waterfall countertop and the wicker drawers looks so nice and modern! Oh yeah, the teenage girls room, the pink gotta go, I'd change that up (I actually don't mind the watermelon colour for this!) and overhaul it a bit to make it feel more like a lived in teenager room. Oh and the curtains by the parents' fireplace would look nice in the same blue as the other side of the room. But overall I really REALLY like it and it is probably the one house I'd download were I wouldn't have to change too much at all. I'm looking forward to having my Sims use that awesome deck and enjoy island living.

i LOVE the colors of the doors that matches the bookcase this is the best update yet for that swatch of the door only (weird thing to say, i know, but it’s all i could focus on the whole build)

That cinema room must be a PAIN IN THE ASS to watch tv in, especially on this tropical sunny island, with lots of windows and glass roofs 😂 you would struggle to see what was on the tv cause of the sunlight, still love the room tho ❤️❤️

i also build the way you do! i find that when you place furniture you already know you want that house to have (e.g. a big dining table) you get a way better feeling of how big the rooms need to be!

When I’m binge watching these build videos while I play at home, it’s nice to have dialogue running in the background that feels closer to a conversation than most build commentaries. More like this please! If you think about the kind of people who play sims, we probably are all drawn to storytelling in some respect, so commentary with the element of storytelling fits well with your demographic right?

I don't know if I ever wanted to live in a mansion, but if I did, I'd choose this one to live in! It's just so beautiful!! I love the nature colours, the wood and the stone textures combined with the modern whites and blacks and all the little green details. Ugh I love it!
