Make yourself jigs and tools that can help you to handle the materials. I have a rack system that allows me to move sheet goods and large wood slabs. I even made a jig system that allows me to make up a gate and all I have to do is sit in the dimension lumber and drill out dowels and hammer them through with easy as everything is already aligned. I can make a series of gates in a single day. They are for my farm but I sell some to pay for the gates I make myself.
