I loved the part of conversation where she talks about motherhood. Like her being a career oriented woman myself, I can totally relate to that time. Mundane routine, not working, going crazy, and nobody can blame you for having the alone time.

Being involved in the real estate industry of Dubai for the last 20 years, I have never heard of One Perfect Group. So no questions of an Empire. From what I heard in the podcast, they are just a real estate agency, who has an office and nothing else.

Nice informative interview. In Southern California and Central Valley around Yosemite National Park. I allow my renters with a signed affidavit for use of space as a short-term Airbnb rental. It is an important clause which explicitly allows Landlord to tenant to sublet long term rental unit to short-term Airbnb rental.

Even in dxb, there is a provision for the tenant to sublet, but with all collaterals and nocs in place.

can we meet some people who are sitting in Pakistan and earning 10000-15000 usd per month ? just a few , let alone hundreds or thousands . the reason i ask is because pakistan is really short of usd and this income would really help the state

lets assume that you are right but which bank is handling this type of money ? a credit amount like this would make branch manager stand up every day and the person would be well known . just to add all transactions in any currency including pkr worth over one million pkr are reported daily to state bank by every branch every day in a separate list so identitiy can not be hidden but yes, if the person is involved in hundi or other things then thats a different story. i find these numbers are fake and are thrown out just to glorify the speaker like the amazon guys and startup guys throw numbers here and there @@reez1728
