- Flat Bar Aluminum - 1/2 in x 36 in 1/16 in Thickness
- Aluminum Sheet/Sheet Metal - 6 in x 18 in 0.025 in Thickness
- Threaded Rod - #8-32 x 36 in
- #8 Machine Hex Nuts
- #8 Lock Nuts
- Flat Washers (Optional)

Harbor Freight
- Rivets - used mostly 3/32 in and 1/8 in, some 5/32
- Epoxy (any is fine, I used Platic Weld)
Tools (Some are optional - all can be found at Harbor Freight)
- Drill
- Drill bits (3/32 in, 1/8 in, 5/32 in or whatever size your rivets are)
- Hand Riveter
- 7 in Diagonal Cutters
- Rotary tool
- 8 in Flat File
- Measuring Tape
