When cutting a bunch of boards the exact same length lay them on top of each other and clap them together. Set the skill saw blade just deep enough to touch the top the bottom board. That way when you cut the top board it automatically marks the bottom board. It's a hell of a time saver!

Great info on building the spiral climb man. I've been planning on building one of these on my course. I've got a bunch of old pallet material i'm using. To your point, there are so many found materials you can use to make awesome features. I do focus on making mine well constructed and stable. I also use stain to seal most of my wooden features against the elements we get here up North. Plus, it just makes them look nice, which the wife appreciates! LOL!

HECK YA!!! That's awesome!!!!! I'm trying to talk my friend into letting me put a course at his house. He's got a nice chunk in his backyard that's just barkdust and get's weeds all the time. So I'm like. "Let's do some "landscaping" and set up a course. Better than weeds" Let's hope he goes for it. HAHAHAHAHA
