I have to say how impressive my husband and I were in the quality of work we saw in your show. We can see the care that was taken in this home. I moved from NY to NC and bought a new home already developed. Living in our home for 17 months, we can see the poor quality, the inexperience of workers that were used. I was angry for a long time. I wish I could have you build my home. Great job.

Ομορφο σπίτι, θα ήταν και γερό αν η κατασκευή αυτή δεν ήταν ξύλινη, καίγεται γρηγορα, και χαλάει εύκολα από τυφώνες, το τούβλο και η πέτρα είναι υλικά για γερά σπίτια.

I absolutely love this very beautiful one question though why not put the privacy fence further out why did you only do a tiny little section right there? That’s kind of odd because I mean, then you could literally still see around it into the neighbors you know, privacy yard or whatever so why not just extend the fence out to the end of the sod?

Niko, I believe you said that you went with a fescue sod. What made you go with that? Instead of the other sod types like zoysia .

На придомовое пространство потрачено больше бетона,чем на дом)) У нас в России обычно наоборот. В каждой стране свои особенности строительства. Наверное тут климат имеет определяющее значение.

Покажите это видео нашим каркасным гуру. Они от качества укладки теплоизоляции за сердца похватаются... А если наши гуру электрики увидят проводку в стенах без гофры, считай сердечный приступ гарантирован...

Hi folks I’m Australian and I been watching You guys in the states build houses it seems we are miles apart on building homes ,,but I find it interesting ,for example when you put gyprock sheets you don’t use glue on the studs we do and it holds great …Ypur crew is pretty good they work as a team sweet ❤️💪💪👍👍⚒️⚒️🪚🪜😀😃🦘🇦🇺🇦🇺

kenapa nggak langsung pakai bata dan cor saja, tinggal dilapis, lebih kuat, simpel,. ini kok agak ribet melibatkan banyak orang dan banyak alat berat, tentu banyak embutuhkan berbagai produk bangunan. tapi sungguh rumah yang bagus, pengen buat model begini tapi ala kontruksi indo. disini mulai pondasi sampai finishing orangnya sama😄

Смотрю я и задался одним интересным вопросом, в чем проблема вообще строить дома? Понятное дело это прежде всего финансы, но если на минуту изключить их из уравнения и включить в формулу другой коофициэнт. Спасибо большое за видео, было интересно посмотреть разницу в работе между странами. Долгих лет этому дому!

18:00 I work construction traffic control in residential areas, and when I saw this section I couldn't help but thinking, "Wow, that's really sloppy work. Thin asphalt, and it looks like the chipped it out instead of cutting it." Then I realized they were putting in water and it all made sense ... the Water Bureau is always sloppy like that (the roadwork, not the fittings), no matter what state you're in.

@@NikosPropertyShow oh I wrote this comment before they put in the brick wall. But I am talking about 100% wooden houses in America, like in my country our houses are all 100% stones, bricks and concrete. Thats why we feel safe when we lock the doors.
