Just found your videos. I'm excited to check out all these build hacks. I did want to say, you don't have to hold down alt to raise/lower items. Just the 9/0 key will work by itself (on PC. Maybe mac is different?)

I feel like there’s an easier way to do the sitting area wrapped around by the pool. I made a lot into a pool and did the sitting area and didn’t have to use the terrain tool. *** Make the pool first, then create a basement. While the basement is highlighted, page up to the main floor and remove ceiling and then raise the room to your desired height (I raise it to the point the back of a bench is the same height as the ground). Add stairs (they’ll have to be one square away from the ground level) and then you can add your furniture (furniture will have to be placed on the basement level though) *** Not sure if the terrain version is better/easier. But I discovered doing the seating area the way I do it by trial and error and it works for me Haven’t play tested the way I do it yet though so it might not work.

I think the bar under the opacity slider in terrain mode is for speed, so the further left you set it the slower/more gradually your terrain will move and vice versa?? But I’m only like 87% sure 🥴

Just a little idea:) Right now it kinda sounds like your screaming in to the mic but the sound is low, tbh it kinda hurts my ears lol a tip is to talk a little lower but if needing you can turn up the volume on the microphone

I think your microphone has a overmodulating problem? There is also a very high pitched noise interference in the background. Even on the lowest still audible volume it's still there. It's the painful kind :(
