I followed this video and I don’t understand why my drawers don’t sit plush. The bottom drawer sits higher and doesn’t go in all the way.. I noticed when putting the rollers on they were a tad bit crooked (the holes weren’t drilled evenly). Could this be why the drawer isn’t going in?? Please someone help

Step 14 : how did you tighten those two big screws with that key ? It’s not just happening , they haven’t provided any washer with it :s
