I miss sleepovers! What fun this was! Loved the pink nails, and the Snuggie Hoodie definitely needed its own moment!🥰😂 Had a fun night with my Hubby that felt like a sleepover. He introduced me to the movie Clueless, which came out when we were both in high school. We watched it eating Doritos and Peanut Butter M&M's! So fun!🥰

I just read The Book of Doors by Gareth Brown and I absolutely loved it! It's about a bunch of magic books that each contain a certain power for the person holding the book. The main character and her friends are trying to stop the wrong people from getting their hands on the books. I really enjoyed it and it was a fairly quick read.

(Fair warning, the first two books are slow but they were written in her early 20s) and the world building by the end is truly staggering. Wonderful video as always. Pro tip, you cant eat chia seeds raw! You must mix them in some water or nondairy milk, and let it sit for a bit to let them expand. Otherwise they’ll expand in your digestive track.

I recommend reading “What the River Knows” by Isabel Ibañez. It is set during the late 1800s and features ancient Egyptian archaeology and magical realism-inspired elements. So good!!!

I recomend "She and her Cat" from Makoto Shinkai, a sweet short book. Or "The Astronaut" from Andy Weir, it is si-fi but with a special friendship in it.

I would definitely recommend all of the Shadow Hunter series by Cassandra Clare. Infernal Devices is my favourite but all of them are great and are all linked so you get to catch up with old characters along the way. Lots of magic, adventure, daily life and romance. Highly, highly recommend!

I love your spring dress and different shades of pink nails! I’m getting very excited for spring 😊 I just read Bookshops & Bonedust and it was so relaxing and heartwarming, it’s one of the most enjoyable books I’ve ever read. I think you might like it! It has high fantasy characters but they’re just doing very relaxing things like reading good books and eating good food. I can't recommend highly enough the books Romancing the Ordinary and Simple Abundance by Sarah Ban Breathnach. She is the person who (to the best of my knowledge) created the idea of romanticizing daily life, and wayyy back in the 90s lol, these books were life changing for me. They're absolutely beautiful, and I have NEVER seen them recommended on booktube even though they're quintessential cottagecore and romantic living.
