Golden Gate Bridge is very famous all across the globe, especially the UK and Central Europe i believe. Many people know the bridge from the picture but, they don't know the name of it sometimes :D

So for Independence Hall, the side building off to the west is actually where the Declaration of Independence is housed! The building to the east is the old city hall, before it was replaced by the current city hall, which is the tallest pure masonry building in the world, and was at the time the tallest inhabitable structure in the world. Philadelphia City Hall is honestly incredible, would love to see your take on it or other Philly landmarks at some point. oh also should clarify i am not from philly

Isn’t the DOI in the National Archives Museum in DC? Just trying to remember when I went to DC but I believe I saw it unless that was another document… there are a lot of them!

I visited the Golden Gate Bridge a few weeks before the video came out and it’s absolutely nauseating looking straight up at the towers when walking across them. They’re absolutely massive and a lot taller than you’d think. Really fun experience though!

As someone who went across the bridge a month and a half ago, it’s definitely a fun experience! It’s definitely a walk though since it’s roughly almost 2 miles in length but you get some really cool scenic views of the whole bay and the Pacific!

Went to Philly last year, and just by searching around google maps after we visited Independence hall (also, the cemetery were Benjamin Franklin is a street away from independence hall) and I found Edgar Alan Poe’s house as a National Park, there are a lot of cool things in Philly, and also it would be cool if you could recreate the Chicago bean

IRL I am studying to become an architect, bridges aren't my field of study, but I do know a bit about them. If I'm not mistaken, the long curving cable that runs from one anchor point to the other is called a "Catenary Cable". The roadway is the "Deck", and then there's the "Span" basically, the length of deck between supports. Like I said, I am not studying to be a civil engineer, so I could tell you more about loads, shear walls, and building codes than stuff relating to bridges.
