2 жыл бұрынAs the saying goes when it come to real estate it’s all about location, location, location. And in Ghana location is so important because of our cultural values and traditions. You will not want your house close to a church or mosque in Ghana, because you simply not sleep. Thus having a general impression about your location is important. In this video I found that my area is strictly residential devoid of commercial vehicular traffic, worship centers and other noise pollutants. It is an area where one can take morning walks, ride a bike and have play grounds for kids. This area also has a lake access where numerous recreation activities can be held.

It is mindblowing how much they are building in Ghana, I literally want to make a video about it! I'm building in the village in the middle of cows and sheep in South Africa and sharing my journey. But I'm so encouraged by how many AAs are moving to Africa to build. I'm trying to convince my villagers to allow people from other areas to build in the village but mob and backward mentality rules.

I dont understand why we ghanaians dont appreciate greenery its good for the harmattan dust, good for shading the sun,good for our health, good for the environment and it makes it more beautiful you only gain with greenery please ghanaians let's wake up
