Very informative. way cheaper than Iloilo. Portland cement is 250 to 260 10mm rebars are 165 16mm rebars 390 (I wonder what are 8mm for?)

Most big hardwares here in Cebu City will deliver to Moalboal or any place in the Philippines at extra cost to the customer. Best to deal for me as experienced is Cebu Home and Builders Center in AS Fortuna St. Mandaue City

Proud to be Here in Cebu City, I would pay maximum P500 to P600 for the main builder. A mason should be P400 to P500 and a helper less than that. It depends who is doing the hiring, some will get some workers for you and then add a little on for themselves.

Sa makers po sila kumukuha direct like the cement sa factory dito sa Naga Cebu, rebars, angle bars, cpurlins,naman po sa big importers like Worldwide Steel o Puyat Steel at sa mga lumber po doon sa mga raw lumber cutting shops sila umoorder.

The stronger cement po ay ang portland cement kaya lang dapat mag antay sa curing time na15 to 20 days kasi kailangan talaga dry na siya but if you are in a rush portland cement po
