its led, real neon isnt being made anymore by company's, they put led strips inside the plastic letters. neon requires gass and glass bending which is too dangerous and expensive now.

For a new one i feel we would need to wait until rtx 4000 series rtx 3090 ti is the next upgrade but it isnt that huge of one.

a cool idea for a tv in the room is that it hangs off the roof and is used with a motor so you could put it up to the ceiling to just to hang there and watch something from the sofa

the room looks super nice ! love the clean white theme and all the brands, the neon logos looks unreal !!! If i must say something, it's that to be honest the panels you got installed on your walls don't looks like soundproofing but just acoustic treatment, soundproofing requires to have dense walls, and if you look into music studios, usually they'll have an inner room in the main one, and what really stops sounds is the density of the walls, as well as no air gaps. Also i'm betting on 3weeks before the room becomes a mess lmao XD

I work in music and yes. Those panels the way they are set aren't doing anything. The white panel he put on the ceiling, is a diffuser, and usually you don't put those on the ceilings. Generally you put them farther away since they are made to diffuse high frequencies. The panels that are on the walls look like bass traps and should be put in all 4 corners. The room is way too big so he can't really do much for acoustic treatment other than add mass for reducing the reverberation. Soundproofing is a different science and yes, he's not doing anything for soundproofing in that room. Soundproofing, as you said correctly, needs air gaps between rooms and is made on the inner walls. For the looks I think the panels work as they are, but it's just for that, looks and it's just money kinda wasted
