Hey, friends! Today I played around with the new architect tool that came with the new Farm DLC on House Flipper! I practiced making a cute little house and I can't wait to start making more elaborate builds in the future!

Just jump up on top and put the roof down just like flooring. I loved watching you build this. I restarted my game so I could go back and add additions onto the little houses at the start of the game. It's really exciting! I made 85k on the Camping Bungalow

Nice profit! I like the tiny houses too much to want to add onto them haha! I think they improved the roofing function in the first bug fix they just did.

New architech tool is great but they should let u build basements and eliminate floors if u want like an open loft looking down to first floor.

I agree on both of those things! But good news - I think they will both be options in House Flipper 2!

With HF2 coming out soon, idk if I should buy this dlc or wait. I really enjoy watching your video. Your commentary was soothing, but engaging.

It might be a while before we get HF2, Farm came out later than they first said, so if you can get both I'd say get both! 😄And thank you so much!!

The roof options are limiting the options for custom build IMO. You can either build a box or a box. Hopefully they'll had more types of roofs.

I agree! I also hope they'll make more become available. But likely that they'll be saving that for House Flipper 2.

You can create custom roofs with the Architect tool.

It's going to be tough in the future having to choose whether you want to play HF or HF2

Yes it will be! But there's still a lot of time until HF2 comes out so don't have to choose between the two quite yet :)

Hi! Maybe try to have the balcony be a little taller? It could be too low and not allowing the pillars to be placed under.
