The thing is, Shoto never expends the energy deficit in a way that's totally balanced. So, I think he also has some form of internal reservoir, where he's able to contain that remaining deficit, and possibly dissipate it.

For Midoriyas quirk I think you should make a system of like air pressure around the body such as pushing a button on a finger tip like folding for a flick and then air pressure comes out of the finger tips for the feet you should have something on your heels or back of shoes that when your heel hits it it releases air pressure

My OC’s quirk is Cryokinesis. The way it works is similar to a mix between Rei Todoroki’s ice quirk, and the lipids aspect of Momo’s quirk. In order to use his quirk (and live) he has to eat either dry ice of snow, his blood is similar to liquid nitrogen to cool the dry ice. Once he eats the dry ice it distributes to the certain areas/holding cells where it will multiply until he uses his quirk. The colder of an environment he is in the more powerful his quirk is.
