2 жыл бұрынThe Emmy award winning #BuildingTheBrowns series returns for it's eighth season. In this first episode, members of the coaching staff look to develop their coaching skills in the East-West Shrine Bowl held in Las Vegas, Nevada. The East-West Shrine Bowl is a collegiate all-star game that allows NFL coaches the opportunity to broaden their coaching experience, as well as a chance to work with upcoming draft prospects. Jeff Howard, Ashton Grant and Scott Peters were chosen to coach, with only 5 days to prepare the West team. Go inside the locker room, defensive meetings and the sidelines on gameday as Jeff Howard leads the West team defense to victory.

I watch the Browns win their last championship game, with my father, back in 1964. My father is still alive today and we both are hoping to see another Cleveland Browns championship, as they will now be called Super Bowl Champions. So, we've been waiting 58 years and counting for the Browns to win it all, again.

Fun Fact: My brother and his gf met Kevin Stephanski while in Las Vegas during Super Bowl weekend (around the same time as Shrine Bowl). His GF has a crush on KS, so we wouldn't let him live that one down. I think she even set the pic as her phone background with my brother cropped out 🤣

I’ve been a believer in the new moves but this validated it even more. Love how AB and Kevin are always together. Everyone going in the same direction. Jeff is gonna be a HC in the next 5 years I bet!

Cool to see the staff development in this episode. Jeff has a future as a D Coordinator. Sees the big picture and how important opportunities like the Shriners Bowl are to set the organization apart. He’s a true leader. Well done Browns!

They're more desperate than smart. Always build through the draft. Giving up picks for OBJ instead of getting a WR from the draft was a big mistake. More good WR in college than ever since most college teams pass instead of run.

Good as CLE was last year, they were #32 in passing. So AB effectively fired 3 QBs, 4 WRs, and 2 TEs. 😶 We have improved at 3 QB and 2 WR spots so far. I bet he drafts Improvements at both WR and TE. 🤜🤛 GO BROWNS!!! 👏👏👏👏👏👏

Been a Browns fan all my life and I just turned 59. I have seen the amazing cardiac kids and have seen one nightmare after another. Along comes Baker and a lot of good pieces on the field and all hope was restored only to fall short once again. I get why Baker was cut loose and a few other guys. I understand the direction of the front office and agree something had to be done. I know we still have a few big names that we are still trying to re-sign and I hope we do. If we don't make the playoffs this year.... No worries. We will get there within 3 yrs and hopefully win the whole thing. Let's go Browns!!!

They had to make the Watson move. Jimmy Haslem’s legacy so far as the Browns owner is “he hasn’t got the QB right” I’d rather give up 3 first round picks for a guy I KNOW is top 5 at his position then have multiple first round picks every year and blow all of them except Ward and Garrett. If he plays the whole year this team is a SB contender no debate.
