Suggestion: Add some dirt road sections in the infield, to make it possible to host Rallycross events in the future. In Sweden and Finland, grassroot rallycross (Folkrace) is a really big sport and a great way to introduce people into racing. No need to make it fancy, just some very small jumps and a couple of turns. For Folkrace, the track shall be so twisty that the speeds does not exceed 80 kmh (50mph), so that might be a good guide :)

Cleeter, there’s a ton of us freedomers that understand how expensive this endeavor is and would like to help out. How about letting people donate and start a wall or lane at the track that will have all the names of donors on display. That way we can help and be a part of history in the making.

It's inspiring to see how much the automotive enthusiasts have been reaching out to help your efforts on this old track.. It's a true testament of how strong the car culture is and how we're able to pull together and help one another. We had a local drag strip reach out for help on repaving their old track and were able to raise the $$$ in a very short time. Thank you for all you do for us gearheads.

I'm still not sure why watching track work/maintenance is so satisfying, but I can't wait to see the finished product! For what it's worth you and everyone involved are doing a great job with the track!

To anybody who doesn't know asphalt- that big white machine- 45-5500 a day to get onto a job- machine costs roughly 400,000...dumptrucks- minimum 700 a day... these guys deserve the most

Road construction crews : 3 months to grade and remove dirt from an already dirt surface. Freedom factory: Mill all the asphalt and grade surface - 1 day. Nice

We put down a concrete burnout pad for our annual Street machine Show in Kandos Australia back in 1999.So after 20 years of Skids it is still the original concrete surface with no imperfections at all. And you know how good us Aussies are at smashing tyres!

The Private Racing community is so damned Awesome. Everyone stepping up to help not only Cleet but themselves in the long run once this Tracks completed. When you get a car guy to revamp a race track. "Ah yeah gonna keep it simple, just a small asphalt pad in the centre" 1 month later: "Yeah I basically ripped up 90% of the track and resurfaced it. So it's pretty much all brand new."

If I have learned anything in my life so far it's listen to the people that do it for a living no matter what it is. I know you will be so glad you listened to your pro's there. I just love what you are doing with your channel profits.

Imagine running a dozer or something before the joysticks were common. An old Cat D6-C would have your body screaming by lunch and your body beat as hell. Especially out in the woods clearing land. Loved it though. Would love to get back into it.

I've operated heavy equipment for 15 years and you nailed that one on the head. These machines beat the hell out of you and yea it take alot of finesse. Alot of people say it's just sitting in a chair moving a stick but no its constant head movement and bouncing and surgical precision to get to grade and stay on grade.. I'm excited to see how it looks when it's done man.

Pile the extra material you’re pulling out of the infield in a corner of one of the fields for later use. MX track, UTV track, or whatever your brilliant motorsports oriented mind comes up with. You have the land for it!

You should pack the old track and put it into jars and sell it. Boom merchandise.

Things this place needs(unordered list): -Motocross track -1/5, 1/8, and 1/10 RC car tracks. -Race drone course/freestyle area+flying field for regular RC planes. -Paintball/airsoft field. -Road-course/drift track. -Small and big ovals (maybe combine this and the previous) -Dirt track for rallycross including a dirt oval. -LOTS of parking. -BATHROOMS. -Pit areas. -Changing rooms, I guess. -MAYBE some provisions for camping/RVing. -Shooting range (both regular target stuff, and a 3-gun type course. -Maybe a friggen water park area??? -Lil restaurant with homecooked southern and good ole' American food. Maybe Cajun stuff, too. Has to offer gator meat and all the regular BBQ/tailgating stuff. Dunno how much room you have, but yeah. Make this Freedom Factory GLORIOUS. Better than all the stuff available in central Florida, COMBINED.

they come back the dozer has 2 electric turbos hanging off the corners of the blade and their hood is gone. A 50 gal bottle of nitrous and a 5000 shot. tracks are all worn down after clet and the gang take turns ripping burn outs around the freedom factory. but dont worry nitto has them hooked up with a pair of slicks.

tip for moving metal tracked equipment over places you don't want damaged use plywood boards and drive over them as long as you don't go over really steep places it works awesome.

When I was a double belly dump driver, we had some downtime at the quarry, and the loader operator let me "play" with the controls a bit. With a Volvo 750hp wheel loader, and a bucket that could fit a Ford Super Duty inside. It is exactly as cool as you're imagining it.

It's amazing that you get so many people to volunteer their time and help. Says a lot about your offscreen personality that we don't see.

That looks like a fun job. I've done that work on roads with traffic. This is the kind of job where you can relax a little, and when it's all done you can look at it and appreciate the awesome work. Also yeah, good Dozer and Grader operators make tricky work look easy. Hoping to get into grader work in a few years myself.

Wirtgen America actually had one of my equipment classes out to learn about the company back when I was in trade school. Those asphalt machines were bad ass, and it looks like they've got way more bells and whistles on them now.
