Africa needs more fossil fuels. Africa will not develop unless it utilises it's abundant resources for itself, which includes fossil fuels. Just look at China.....that should be your role model.

Please count your carbon emissions personally. Since 99% of europeans and north americans refuse to do that. Point being, instead of investing in economics and energy, invest in ecology and degrowth. best wishes to you all!
