Testing to see what difference do cylinder types, inner barrel lengths and diameters and springs make for the E&L AKM platform.
I have done a multitude of tests with different sets of springs, cylinder types and inner barrels to see which pair will behave best the the V3 gearbox.
I don't play games, so I do not care as much about regulations and I just want power and accuracy.
I am very happy with the final build, I think it's bulletproof in terms of reliability.
The M210 should have gotten me 210 meters per second on the 0.2 gram BBs so I may have some more room for improvement, but
this can be for a future video.
I plan on getting V2.5 gearbox to test if the additional air could give even more power for the higher weight BBs, so stay tuned.
The parts I used for testing:
Cylinders:
Ported (Type D) (FPS Softair)
Full cylinder (FPS Softair)
Bore Up cylinder (SHS)

Prometheus M210
Inner Barrels:
360mm 6.08 custom cut brass barrel
455mm 6.08 brass barrel
455mm 6.01 stainless steel barrel
550mm 6.03 Prometheus steel barrel
FPS Cylinder head
FPS Piston head with Viton green o-ring
Others:
