Very random as this is unrelated to the created player, but a contrast of the mental toughness category would be "total arrogance." It's something that one of my coaches said that Holger Rune has it where he truly thinks he is going to defeat everyone he plays. Something that Ruud needs (a lot) more of.

really like the concept! i would really like to make a few changes, so here's my ideal worst player 😅 (i will take into consideration the players who featured the top 10 at the moment this video was recorded) forehand | Fritz backhand | Tiafoe/Tsisipas slice | Tsisipas volleys | tough one, maybe Medvedev/Rublev overhead | Djokovic (honorable mention - Sinner) serve | Rublev/Alcaraz return | Tsisipas movement | Fritz shot selection | Rublev mental toughness | Ruud attitude | Rune hunger to win | Ruud notes: | Rune's forehand might not be the most impressive, but Fritz's one is without a doubt the least frightening in my opinion. | though to choose between Tsisipas' and Tiafoe's backhand, Tiafoe's is just flat while Tsisipas' is more creative, tho Frances' is indeed more consistent | everyone has pretty good volleys i would say | serve is *definitely not* Sinner atm, he is serving like a God. plus, i think Rublev's second serve can be quite inoffensive and i think Alcaraz's serve might be his biggest weakness atm. because he falls into the court so much after he serves, it's just very easy to counter his serve with a deep return | shot selection is so obvious, Rublev's only plan is to destroy every single ball 🤣

Ruud mental toughness I gotta disagree with, his finals have been against players no one expected him to beat anyway. And iv never seen him ever mentally break down, ruud plays a consistency game, and he plays the same level the whole match, he loses when that level is just not enough and he wins when that sustained level grinds his opponent down. Hunger to win for sure cause he never raises his level but his level never breaks down

Nice video, uff I would say worst slice is rublev or medvedev, I've almost never seen them use it, at least Tsistipas use it from time to time. Rune's forehand when on, is strong, but usually inconsistent. Serve's is tough to say, because the winning % does not include only the serve but also first shot after server, etc. Perhaps Ruud or Rublev (not that good 2nd serve). I wouldn't say that Ruud lacks mental toughness, he has won very close matches, and has shown consistency, but definetly he doesn't have that hunger to win. I totally agree with Fritz's movement but he has improved it so much hahah

Rublev’s shot selection is not bad. He knows what he’s good at and plays to his strengths. Sure it’s not impressive in the way that Djokovic’s shot selection is. Djokovic has far more variety and is probably comfortable playing almost any pattern that he thinks is favorable for him off either wing. As well as adjusting based on the surface and matchup. In comparison, Rublev has two main patterns: crosscourt (deuce-deuce) forehands and inside-out forehands. However, his quality of shot is so good that just on those simple patterns and a good-not-amazing serve Rublev is top 10. Surely broadening his arsenal would help Rublev’s game in the long run, but who’s to say if he would be here now without the discipline to stick to these simple patterns?

I think Djokovic's attitude is way more off putting than Rune's. Honestly I always found the hate for Holger way too strong. Maybe even Rublev with his tendency to hurt himself. But I guess that really is just an opinion also considering what you consider an "attitude". Great video idea!
