Oh yes, I am already on that, that is how I bought my first property (house) for $3,600 it is a 4 bedroom single family home. And they also sell land and commercial property as well.

Michigan has counties where the land bank property is $150. Yes one hundred and fifty dollars.

Which cities in Michigan? And have you purchased any properties there?

Yes but they are needing full rehab, need to be completely gutted! If you have a good team in place and the money (or line of credit yes definitely worth it)

Thank God I found this channel! Thank you all for the great information and knowledge! I might add that I really appreciate the selfless nature that you both have with disseminating information to newbie’s. It’s very difficult to find someone that would be as helpful as you both are without trying to sell before information is dispersed. This channel is true community at its best!
