napaka ganda! Talagang alam ng mga Architects and the whole team kung ano ang ginagawa nila! I loved the kitchen lalo na ung door hehe, seemless and neat ang kabuoan ng bahay!

Definitely, in G*D'S timing kayo talaga pipiliin ko kasi napaka outstanding ng gawa and prestige 🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡 Sobrang ganda ng BAHAY na to, wala ng hahanapin pa. Pwedi mag lagay ng pool sa likod.

Grabe talaga tubo ng mga developer, ganito kaganda na Bahay ibinibenta ng 35M-45M sa marketplace.

i think kasi ung mga binebenta na nakikita mo sa ibang page ay mahal hindi dahil sa bahay kundi sa lupa napakamahal ng ibang lupa basta malapit sa maga mall or ibang building na sentro ng trabaho tulad sa isang post ni av properties at presello bungallow lang ang price nya is 35-40 n agad hindi pa ganun ka luxury interior nya tapos ung isa sa province 2 storey and luxurious tignan around 30-35m lang at mas malawak pa kesa sa bungalow kaya nasa lupa tlaga nakadepende ang presyo

Small lot. Sana kung manormalize na sa Pilipinas to not have tall narrow homes with small lots. Invest in bigger lot with just about right size na di puro bahay, walang backyard

Why you guys don't put the most important information which is the price in the description is just a mystery for me. That should not be a secret. People will contact you if they know they are in the ballpark of their budget. Please include the price in the description.
