The 4.5 - 5M is the cost to build that house on a 150 sqm lot. You must have a lot first, then call Primestrakt to design and build for you.

I really like the way he presents the house. Hindi awkward pakinggan di tulad ng iba. Na kokornihan ako pag nag hohouse tour. Dito is direct to the point.

ilang lingg nadin ako nanonood ng mga real estate broker presentations ng mga newly opened subd., andito lng pala hinahanap ko na mga design.. mangungutang narin lng sa bangko, dito tlga pinaka sulit mgpagawa.

Isa sa mga cheapest houses na nakita ko dito sa youtube pero isa rin sa mga pinakamaganda. Simple lang at kung di mapili sa size ng bedrooms, swak na swak ang ganito.

I like the usage of the space. I like the same concept, I purchase a property with 226 SQM lot area I would like to use only 150 sqm so I can use the remaining lot for vegetable garden. I have purchase property in Camaya Coast and the house that should be build in accordance with the community guidelines. I would like to make a little changes with this design or do you have more designs that has small Swimming pool. Same SQM 150. with swimming pool and the masters bedroom is located first floor. I am only looking for 3 bedroom 3 bath with Roof deck. Roof deck is one of the guidelines to add on building the house in the community.
