The original bukhara pilov does not contain tomatoes and that much of spices at all and neither cardamoms and bay leaves. This is more like a subcontinent fusion bukhara pilov.!

I forget the name but it's delicious.. and with the meat or as you like..someone told me it's called 20 garlic..I can't find on KZfaq..but your recipes look delicious...im going shopping soon to buy all the ingredients..im in Jordan and im learning middle eastern cooking now!!!
