This is not bullet train concept...this is the concept of maglev train.

Yes. Magnets are on track of maglev trains only. Maglevs run slightly up of the track. Maglev train will run at least 500km/hr. Bullet train runs 300km/hr and only on track. This video is wrong.

Yes, he's wrong here as bullet trains have wheels unlike maglev(magnetic levitation) trains Though both are insanely fast trains, the Maglev can be thought of as a step up from the bullet. While bullet trains travel at speeds of 320kph, Maglev trains are anticipated to travel at speeds well over 500kph. In tests, one Maglev train reached a record-breaking speed of 603kph.

It's not exactly same as bullet trains. The technology told by the guy in video is not of bullet trains but of Maglev Trains (Magnetic Levitation) which are much much faster than bullet trains due to further decrease in friction (resistance force) between tracks & train base (which don't have wheels) because of 'no contact'. In bullet trains, there are wheels that roll on tracks so there's more friction.
