Tutmasından ziyade maksat bilgilendirmek :) Gerçi çok ince detayına girmedim burada.

Herhangi bir oturum kartını aldığınız taktirde (öğrencilik, iş, temsilcilik) diğer şengen ülkelerine bu kart ve pasaportunuzla beraber serbest girebiliyorsunuz. Zaten artık havalimanında diğer şengen ülkelerine iç hatlar gibi uçuluyor.

@@onrctaskn Rica ederim. O konuda bilgim yok malesef, ama birkaç hafta önce avukatla konuştuğumda Bulgaristan fazla göç almaya başladığı için işlemlerin normalden biraz daha uzun sürdüğünü söylemişti. Ama tüm belgeleriniz eksiksiz ise vermemeleri için bir sebep olacağını sanmıyorum.

Merhaba, 2019 Mart ayında avukat benden Temsilcilik açma masrafları için toplam 500 leva peşin istemişti. Artar ise kalanı kendi danışmanlık ücretinden keseceğimiz şekilde konuştuk. Para arttı mı hatırlamıyorum 5 yıl geçmiş aradan. Tabi enflasyon ile bu rakam yükselmiştir muhakkak. Benden istediği dökümanları liste olarak aşağıya yapıştırıyorum. Direk ingilizce koyuyorum çeviride bozukluk olmasın diye. Bunlar Türkiye'deki şirketten ve sahibinden istenilen dökümanlar. 1.Application form - I will provide and fill in 2.Good standing certificate - It should be at least 6 months old or if newer it should show that the company has been registered for at least 1 year ago and it should show the current state of the company and her manager/owner. This document should be apostilled. 3.Official document stating the person/people owning the company - apostilled 4.Decision of the manager, that he knows, that a representative office will be opened in Bulgaria and he knows that it cannot do trade activities according to the Bulgarian law. - I will prepare it and the manager should sign it and stamp it. 5.Power of attorney from the manager for you, that you will represent him - I will prepare it. He has to sign, notarize and apostill it; 6. A specimen of the signature of the representative person - I will prepare it and send it to you and you have to sign it at a notary there and apostill it. 7.Official Reference from a bank, that states, that the company is a good one, that they have served it for many years (the longer the better) - apostilled; 8.Certificate for absence of tax obligations - apostilled; 9.Document of explanation why the representative company is needed - I will prepare it and the manager should sign it. 10.Annual program, that explains the need of the representative office - I will prepare it and the manager should sign it. 11.Lease agreement, that states that this address will be used as office of the representative company - It should be signed with the company details. I can do it for you. 12. Power of attorney for me - notarized and apostilled 13. A document for paid fee for trade representative office registration.
