Gloves dont ensure food safety.you yend to was you hands mor e when youare not wearing gloves. I learned tjis working at Mcdonald in 2008. They people who dress your food now warr gloves because of the customer perspectives. It still doesnt ensure employess hands are clean. Before gloves were enfored evey 20 minutes someone wpukd come and take your spot to scrub your hands. Now no ensures thatvhands are being washed or if glaoves are be switched out. In food service gloves ate the leats of your worries and in create more becaues that what most peopl focus onis gloves. Cross contamination is more like to happen for example becsuse gloves wer being worn. Food for thougt to go deeoer than gloves!

Let’s be frank… kneading machine is not clean … without a lid or cover… people are working without any gloves or hygienic working clothes .. oven trays have stains… so how are they supposed to be clean and how would pizza base be safe for consumers????

The guy rolling the dough flat could double his production. When he puts the dough into the second roller with his other hand could start another one in the top roller. So he doubles production in the same time. Factory can half his hours and save money and boost profit.

Mr. Dalvi. I am a Production Manager in one of oldest bakery in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for last 11 years. I am working in this field from 2002 and still working. Al hamdulillah. For your information the yeast bacteria will no more active after 55°c.
