I must be spoiled. My ironing board was used by my Dad for 7 years and then I took it over and have been using it for 54 years. Yet, so many ironing boards in the trash that Taco picks up. My grandmother's ironing board was a "built in" and she used hers from 1936 to 1988 and the new buyers of her home used it, as well.

Taco, that was so nice of you to help that woman get her couch out for pickup. Whenever there is a federal holiday some people forget and put their trash out on the normal pickup day instead of the delayed day, that’s probably why some were out. And some were not.

Put your broken off tomato plant in a vase of water. In a few days it will grow new roots. When its ready, replant it. I've done it a few times.

If a good size tomato plant breaks just put the plant in the ground and keep it watered or stick the plant in a jar of water it will grow roots right from the stem. All the tiny fine hairs on the tomato stem will grow roots. Tomatoes are hearty

I don’t know how old you are, but I’m 74 and an old country girl from long ago. We have a language all our own and I use it once in awhile. I hope that clears up your worried mind about my words. That was kind of you putting that sofa out for the lady..I have been putting someone's rubbish out, as the house is a airbnb, the owner came back to Airbnb, he was not happy that I put out the rubbish for 4 months. It would of been rotten if I did not

I call my garden Mountain Dew . I don’t drink soda so one of my patients saved his soda bottles for me I drilled holes in the bottom and plant one next to each plant. All I have to do is fill the bottles with water depending on the weather every two to four days. Works great !

I. Ow like cabbage since I learned to use it as a filler, chopped thinly as pasta, stir fried with onion and zucchini. Absorbs sauces wonderfully

Branches of tomato plants can be cut and put in a jar of water and they will grow roots and grow new plants.

Try soaking the cabbage plant roots in some water for a short while. That may perk it up.

try planting the broken tomato plant in the soil it has hairlike roots on it that will grow new roots.

Taco - green bell peppers ripen into the other colors, mainly red unless bred otherwise.

you can plant broken stem tomato, it should grown roots off of stem.try it,you might get lucky. that's why they say plant you tomato deep.

Tac ! Great trip as usual! I’ve repaired broken tomato stem by spreading honey and turmeric on the break and binding with micropore tape - it might work for you 🌱🍅🐝

I wish just once a year Grand Rapids would have a day when we could put big items out for free. Instead we have to buy special tags that are costly. I think $20 for a mattress or box spring.
