you think they would put a drain plug in the bottom of that so the water could be drained out.

All rear loaders use to have a Drain hole.. but they plugged them all up to keep any oils, paints, or cleaning chemicals off the streets and inside the truck. They’re not supposed to be thrown away but you know, not everyone follows the rules 🤦🏽
