MSW shredder can process various bulky waste, household garbage, including waste furniture, plastic bottles, cans, vegetable waste, Children toys, etc. It's used for primary shredding, reducing big materials into smaller size, by shearing, tearing and extruding. The final product size may be different, from 20mm to 500mm, which is affacted by materials types. Capacity can reach 500kg-30t/h. There are mainly eight models of shredder: JLSS400, 600, 800, 1000, 1200, 1500, 1900, 2600. For each model, they’ll be equipped with several different configurations (including gearboxes, motors, blades), according to customers' specific requirements.

Hello. We can separate metal and other impurities and finely grind the wood, making pellets as a fuel. Whole line is customized as customers' requirements.

The large size of old furniture does require a certain amount of time to shred and crush. Another point, to save manpower, these waste materials can be trasported to shredder machine through one conveyor.
