I thought that Marci win rate last patch was below 50%. She deals massive damage only during her short ult, can sometimes be kitted and her combo can be interrupted.

wut.. queue time is worse because they queued party in Immortal Draft. If anything, its the matchmaking system that needs to be "criticized" not the bans. The bans are justified.
