Venom is amazing, I have been listening to it on repeat for the last couple of weeks since buying my tickets to see them later in the year. Now I want more! At least we don't have to wait too long

3:36 Well for your style of band maybe the transition is easier, Matt. Bass is harder than it looks. I play guitar, but also bass when I can to strengthen my fingers and broaden my skills. I agree being a rhythm player will translate easier for their music. Do you think Hetfield can drop the rhythem guitar and pick up Burton's bass lines with "no problem at all." Absolutely not. It is kind of insulting to bass playing. BFMV bass lines are really straightforward and mimic the bass drums cadence. Actually, live and the album, the bass is very weak. It is a drop tuned guitar sound that adds in the overall bass sound. Matt is a respectable musician, but he is wrong here.
