Good evening. Indeed young Leaders must be capacitated for and exposed under Mentorship. My concern is having Elders who are not married as they are to deal with related issues, so my understanding is that Elders must have certain qualities as God stipulated and being married is a top criteria and we know God makes no mistakes when He gives a directive to be complied with. Let us stick to "Thus says the Lord" and not our own understanding / affluence.
