I was an employee there. I was driven out by my management and coworkers. I was sexually harassed and reported it,nothing. Postal police asked me if I like my job for some strange reason. I reported sexual harassment to them. They claimed they would investigate it. Time went on and there was nothing done. Coworker pissed me off so bad I wanted to kill. I left but I still need therapy. If you are going through this find a way to leave. I have good days and some days I feel sad. Its going to take time to heal. Karma always get those people, they are miserable.

The postal service is protected in every way shape and form. Nothing internally will work. Getting a lawyer might work.

I have been a postal employee for 25 years. It took forever for my son to get hired. I finally got him hired and they fired him his 87th. He was fired by a 204B that is a registered Sex Offender. My kid is 21 but looks like he is about 17. The guy was put in charge his last month probation and was taunted and teased all month. The said he cursed at the supervisor. There were no witness and the plant manager supported his supervisor anyway only because he is his supervisor. Really....you are going to belief a requested sexual offender that stole a young child's life? The child he molested was his brother and he was only 9. Why was he EVER put in charge? I live in SW Fl. The harassment by management is everywhere in the postal service

This Male carrier got no where when trying to get the USPS to uphold their policies. When grieved, USPS managers said they didn't have to investigate the problem.

"Tell your supervisor" your supervisor IS the problem! I've been bullied by sups, filed grievances, EEOs and an OIG complaint. The union grievance went to arbitration and the sup was nervous AF.

Is not that they can not provide details,is that they(Postal Mgm't) will NOT provide details.I ought to know,I work for the USPS. I worked in Kearny,NJ for 23 years and there wasn't a month that went by that I was a tearget for bullying and/or be falsely accused.Now, I'm in a better facility where everyone works as one.

This is exactly what I’m going through. My supervisor has threatened and screamed at me and if you report th they will fire you.

I am a senior citizenand I am being being bullied on the USPS job in Laytonville California, insults, name calling, false accusations, I have been subjected to fits of rage, , I have been taunted, threatened and I have been dared to report it.

I work there the harrasment is definitley real. Verbal abuse definitley physical not so sure if they are that shit is a big no no. And that job should be let go immediatley. As for committing suicide no one should have to over a job especially the post office i encourage to find another job.

The Postal Office Facility in Kearny,NJ is the only place,that I know that can relate w/this video 100% but even worse. U have a Plant Mgr,(Jackie Thomas) who has a criminal-like record for bullying,abuse,foul language, and misconduct of the worst kind. YET!!... The Regional Mgrs. who are aware of bad apples like this pathetic piece of s++t, not only look the other way,but condone it. Some of the Union Reps, know it.Are very aware,but allow themselves to be "pushed around" b/c she involves herself in Union Business,which is a no-no. And in many situations,when it gets too hot,the Steward will turn heel on the MailHandler.Making him/her the one at fault. I ought to know.Been through it too many times. I'm now in a better place(Queens,NY)...Could not be any happier.

Management has no higher education and they will promote anyone. I heard of one supervisor that was a janitor. I think they should either have management experience or higher education.

When my postmaster knew I was thinking of retiring that when she yelled at me in front of all my co workers postmaster than told my co workers to harass me they called me old man and said how great retirement is and pressuring me to go on my last day I changed my mind and told postmaster I loved my job and pretended to help me than confessed to my coworkers after I left that she wasn’t going to help me I’m so distraught that I didn’t take action against my coworkers I retired be cause I couldn’t think straight I so much regret it because I felt so alone and now crippling depression and thoughts of suicide daly
